Location and Structure

Located in Luís Correia – PI, on Barro Preto Beach, the inn is just steps from the sea, in an area with calm waters, ideal for families and couples.

The beach offers excellent infrastructure, including:

We have a restaurant with meals, drinks and snacks.

In addition, there is a pizzeria nearby, open from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

1. Prerequisites for pet-friendly accommodation

1.1) The OWNER must present an up-to-date vaccination card for the pet (Rabies, V8/V10, Influenza and Giardia), with vaccines administered at least 20 days prior to the date of boarding.

1.2) Only small animals weighing up to 15 kg are allowed. Medium or large animals, regardless of breed, are not accepted.

1.3) Only 01 (one) animal is allowed per apartment, with a total limit of 02 (two) pets in the inn (1 per unit).

1.4) The owner must bring all of the pet's supplies, such as food bowls, water bowls, bed, toys, clothes, and food. The inn does not provide these items.

2. Fees

2.1) Taxa Pet

A fee of R$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) will be charged for pet accommodation, to be paid at check-in.

2.2) Pet Deposit

A security deposit of R$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais) will be charged, which will be returned at the end of the stay, after inspection of the unit.

In case of damage, excessive dirt, or losses caused by the pet (such as torn or broken items), the amount may be used to cover the costs. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the difference will be charged to the RESPONSIBLE PARTY.

3. During the stay

3.1) All care for the animal is the sole responsibility of the OWNER, including feeding, hydration, medication, and cleaning.

3.2) Pets are not allowed to be left alone on the premises of the inn or in the apartment.

3.3) During indoor travel, the pet must always be under control, in your lap, on a leash, or in a carrier. It is forbidden to walk around with the animal off-leash.

3.4) The OWNER must immediately clean up animal waste, both indoors and outdoors. Feces must be disposed of in a plastic bag in the appropriate trash can; flushing them down the toilet is prohibited.

3.5) Pets are not allowed in the pool area or the indoor area of the restaurant.

3.6) Boarding females in heat is not permitted.

3.7) For male animals with territorial marking behavior, the use of diapers is recommended.

3.8) The OWNER must ensure respectful coexistence with other guests and pets, looking after the comfort and tranquility of all.

3.9) The OWNER will be fully responsible for any damage caused by the animal, inside or outside the unit, including but not limited to bedding, furniture, mattresses and other items. Payment must be made at check-out or when requested.

3.10) If the animal exhibits aggressive, excessively noisy, or incompatible behavior with the environment, the OWNER may be asked to terminate the stay early.

3.11) The OWNER must comply with all current legislation (municipal, state and federal) related to animal ownership.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made up to 15 days in advance will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus a 15% administrative fee.

Cancellations made between 15 and 3 days before check-in will not be refunded, but the amount paid will be converted into credit for use within 6 months, subject to availability and current rates.

Cancellations made up to 3 days before check-in will be considered a no-show, with no right to a refund or credit.

For reservations made less than 7 days in advance, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before check-in.

Otherwise, there will be no refund or credit.

PAYMENT POLICY

For reservations made directly with the inn, confirmation will be made upon payment of 50% of the total accommodation cost.

For reservations made through the official website, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

CHILDREN'S POLICY

Children aged 0 to 5 years old do not pay, with a maximum limit of 1 non-paying child.

Children aged 6 and 7 pay R$ 80.00, with a maximum limit of 1 child paying the special price.

Children over 7 years old pay the regular fare.
